Thesis  

The thesis is designed to allow students to make a significant contribution to the expansion of knowledge in the field of language sciences, addressing research questions in diverse learning contexts, and to produce research results of scholarly and publication value. The thesis must be original and the student’s own. It demonstrates that the student has conducted a thorough investigation of the field and critically articulated relevant work, clearly demonstrating a mastery of the body of knowledge in the field and strong analytical skills. It is the student’s responsibility, with the assistance of the tutor, to ensure that the dissertation is presented in a clear, understandable, and consistent format. Good project management practice and effective writing skills are essential to a successful dissertation.
