個人簡介 Biography

W.M. To is a Professor of Management in the Faculty of Business at Macao Polytechnic University. He received his PhD from Imperial College London. He serves as an expert of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China (中華人民共和國科學技術部-國家科技專家).

Prof. To has published 1 book and more than 180 peer-reviewed articles including 75 SCI and SSCI journal articles. Prof. To was awarded:

  • Natural Science Award - Third Class Prize of the Macao Science and Technology Award in 2014 (2014年度澳門科學技術獎之自然科學獎三等獎; Project - Air Pollution of the Built Environment);
  • Third Class Prize of the Macao Research in Humanities and Social Sciences in 2019 (第五屆澳門人文社會科學研究優秀成果獎之論文類三等獎; for a paper entitled Effect of Management Commitment to Internal Marketing on Employee Work Attitude with Prof. E.F. Martin Jr. and Dr. B.T.W. Yu),

Prof. To's research interests include environmental science, technology and management, energy analysis, total quality management, services management, among others.
